Global recession bottoming out or deepens?

t’s almost been one and half year since recession started and there are no. of analysis regarding this, someone says that recession is bottoming out and some says it started deepening. Fed started saying that recession started easing but if we have a look at the latest forecast from the World Bank it says that recession is further deepening and world economy is going to shrink by 2.9 percent.

But World Bank says excluding India and China the developing countries economy is going to contract by 1.4 percent. Why India and China are not affected by recession are they recession proof?

Let’s see about the present situation in USA , latest figures released by the labor department shows that the pace of layoffs decreased but it still shows that unemployment rate is increasing .Economists believe that if the pace of layoffs further decrease then we can say recession is bottoming out adding to this latest statistics release by Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) today says that its member countries’ economies are going to shrink by 4.1% better than the expected 4.3% shrink.

So OECD says recession is bottoming out but recession is likely to be weak and fragile for some time , so let’s see what’s going to happen
